Casa El Sucón is located in the village of Pintueles, in the municipality of Piloña (Asturias). Typical Asturian house recently restored in wood and stone. It has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. There is an enclosed garden next to the house. No pets allowed.

Piloña, is the largest municipality in the center-east of Asturias. Ideal for a holiday in nature, and next to the coast. At just 4 kms, it is Infiesto, the city council. This village has all amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, shops, pharmacies, workshops, police station, sport centre, swimming-pool, restaurants, etc …

The House

Casa El SUCON, is a typical Asturian house with two floors, a place to park and a garden. On the ground floor there is a small dining room, the kitchen, and a sitting room. The kitchen of the house, is fully equipped with microwave, mixer, fridge, etc … It also has a washing machine. Next to the house there is a garden with garden furniture where you can spend a nice afternoon. Possibility barbecue.

The house has 2 large double bedrooms, one twin and the other double, heating and shared bathroom.

Natural and Green Piloña council slogan, says it all. Every activity planned in Piloña makes it ideal for an unforgetable holiday. Hiking and mountain biking, quads, canoyng, etc … In Piloña, is obliged to visit:

Cave Shrine and recreational area.
Espinaredo (typical for their granaries), and The Pesanca (recreational area).
Infiesto, Villamayor, Sevares.
Sueve Mountains, Sierra de Qués, Montes del Infierno.
Sidrón Cave: 3kms, is not open to the public.
Celebrations: Our Virgin of the Cave (Sept.), Hazelnut Festival and Fairs of St. Teresa (October), Ntra.Sra.de las Nieves (Espinaréu, August), Festival of the Pastor (Sueve-Piloña) , San Pedro (Sevares), Corpus (Villamayor) Infiesto; Cider Festival (July), Nava, Descent of the Sella river (1st Sunday in August), and Chestnut Contest in Arriondas, etc ..

How to arrive

Piloña borders on Parres, Colunga, Villaviciosa, Cabranes, Caso and Nava. To access Piloña, both from Oviedo and from Santander, through the Cantabrian motorway. If you access from Santander, in Llovio (Ribadesella), take the N-634 towards Arriondas. From Oviedo, take the motorway towards Santander, and in Lieres, take the N-634 to Nava-Infiesto. Pintueles, is located 5 kms from Infiesto. In the N-634, you have to take the detour to Villaviciosa on the AS-255, and then (a few meters), the AS-258, to Pintueles. A 4 kms away, it is Pintueles, we will take the first road to the right. Then you will find a crossroads, take the center, and found the house 100m. Through the journey we will find the paved road.
